Well Stock Standard Return Policy
At Well Stock, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t work out, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
You must start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. All returned products must be in new or unused condition and include all original packaging, product inserts, and accessories.
If the return is due to personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong item, a change of mind, sizing issues, dissatisfaction with the color or quality, or having purchased elsewhere—then the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund both the cost of the item and the original shipping charges.
All returns must arrive at our facility within 45 days of the date the item was received.


How to Return an Item:
You can initiate a return through the My Account section of our website.
Please note that Well Stock requires the use of our provided return label for all product returns in order to ensure accurate tracking and processing. Because we use multiple return warehouses, using a different shipping label may result in the item being lost or unidentifiable, making it impossible to complete the return or issue a refund.
If you choose to refuse the shipment or send the item without using a Well Stock return label, we cannot guarantee a refund. Additional fees may be charged if extra steps are required to identify and process the return.
Also note that each return label is assigned to a specific return. To ensure your refund is processed correctly, do not include items requiring different return labels in the same package.

Defective Items or Order Errors:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right by sending replacement parts or a new item, issuing a full refund, and covering the return shipping.
If the item is found to be non-defective after inspection, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
