Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping to the Continental U.S. & Canada
Most standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. Please note that some items may require a longer processing or shipping time. These are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions article.
Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed during checkout. Many of our items are delivered within 1–3 business days. However, these delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy. Please allow the full shipping window for your item to arrive.
General Delivery Timeframes:
Standard shipping usually takes 3–6 business days. Expedited shipping times vary depending on the service level selected. Oversized items typically deliver within 4 weeks. Please note that delivery to rural areas may require additional time.Â
Shipping Carriers:
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We use major mail carriers to deliver your order.
For U.S. orders, we ship via UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
For Canadian orders, we ship via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx Canada, and UPS Canada.
At this time, we are unable to offer carrier selection. The most efficient shipping method will be selected automatically based on your item type and destination.
Shipping to Canada:
We are pleased to offer standard shipping to most locations in Canada. Canadian orders follow the same processing and shipping standards as U.S. orders. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for delivery to certain regions in Canada. Make sure to provide accurate contact information at checkout, as the carrier may need to contact you to schedule delivery, especially for items requiring a signature.

What if Damage is found after the Delivery?
Please do the following: Take several pictures showing the affected area(s). DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage. DO NOT ship the item back to Overstock without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier’s claims guidelines. Packaging Protection:
To ensure your order arrives safely, all items are carefully packaged using protective materials. We use impact-resistant and shock-absorbing packaging designed to prevent damage during transit. For fragile or high-value items, additional layers of protective wrapping may be applied. If your package arrives damaged, please report it to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.
